Dublin Drop

Downtown · irish

The newest Irish bar downtown. I Love the Burg's 2026 World Cup guide calls it probably the largest room in the city given over to soccer, rowdy on match days, with beer and shot specials and Irish food.

BellyUp St. Pete / Nightlife

St. Pete Nightlife

Some rooms are a restaurant at eight and a different building at midnight.

Live music rooms, late bars and the blocks still going after the kitchens close, going by their own posted hours.

Easy Tiger HiFi Lounge

EDGE District

A vinyl listening bar that opened on April 17, 2026. Owner Matt Kaye built the 1,600 square foot room around a Klipsch Heritage speaker system and McIntosh amplifiers, tuned so people can still talk. Local DJ Casper curates the records with guest DJs, and beverage director Chris Trull wrote a list of 15 to 18 cocktails plus zero-proof drinks.

A cocktail and cigar lounge with live music seven nights a week, sets usually starting at 6:30pm, and a Thursday night jazz session hosted by Le Jazz. Saigon Blonde

Downtown

A 1960s-styled tiki bar that opened in 2018 in the old LUX space. The front bar is all flickering tiki totems and big murals, and the cocktail list leans on Pacific Rim flavors. Tiki Tuesday means a $7 Mai Tai.

Shiso Crispy

Downtown · asian fusion, gyoza, bao

A food truck that grew into restaurants. The site says its hand-folded gyoza, dirty rice bowls and bao have been made from scratch 'since the food truck days', and I Love the Burg counted the downtown room, with a full kitchen and cocktail bar, among the best openings of 2025. It also has a Central Avenue shop at 1431 Central and one in Tampa. The downtown room stays open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Ball

Grand Central District

An LGBTQ+ lounge on the Mari Jean Hotel property, sister to Cocktail and The Wet Spot. The room is pop art, bold color and a ceiling of disco balls, with cocktails named after LGBTQ+ icons and a tapas menu. The bar says it favors conversation over volume, though Tampa Bay DJs play. 21 and up, service animals only.

The Canopy Rooftop Lounge

Beach Drive

The rooftop bar of The Birchwood, a 1924 building first known as the Lantern Lane Apartments and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Mandarin Hide

Downtown

A downtown cocktail bar on the 200 block of Central that stays open until 3am six nights a week.
