A Cuban-inspired rooftop bar on top of the AC Hotel downtown, built around rum cocktails. There is an indoor lounge and an open-air terrace, and a boozy brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am to 3pm.
An LGBTQ+ bar and dance club at the historic Mari Jean property in Grand Central, which also holds an adults-only hotel and The Wet Spot pool bar and day club. Drag shows run through the week and Drag Bitchin Brunch lands on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. Strictly 21 and up.
A Havana-inspired speakeasy hidden behind a laundromat-style cafe front, from Stephen Schrutt's Hunger Thirst Group. The cafe and the bar keep separate menus, and there is a dress code.
The newest Irish bar downtown. I Love the Burg's 2026 World Cup guide calls it probably the largest room in the city given over to soccer, rowdy on match days, with beer and shot specials and Irish food.

An LGBTQ+ bar and lounge in the EDGE District since 2014, under the line 'Come as you are...we'll take care of the rest.' Two bars, a small dance floor and a pool table inside, outdoor space out back, and Friday night drag shows with local queens.
The beach bar of the Beachcomber resort, with a wooden deck, paved walks down to the sand and two stages ... an open-air one by day and an indoor one late. Southern Living put it on its list of the 12 best Florida beach bars in 2024. I Love the Burg's May 2026 beach bar guide notes it had recently reopened. Thursday is Boots & Bikinis night from 8pm.
A locals' beach bar across the street from Caddy's, open since 1982, with live bands seven days a week across rock, blues, reggae and R&B. The kitchen turns out pub food ... sandwiches, wings and a $3 cheeseburger. It is 21 and over, and it was back in business well ahead of its neighbor after the 2024 storms.
An off-leash dog park with a full bar ... more than 4,500 square feet of fenced Astroturf with staff watching the play yard at peak times. Dogs need a membership, proof of vaccinations, to be over a year old and spayed or neutered. Humans must be 21 or older. Tuesday is bingo night and food trucks rotate through.
